Islamabad Associates is a real estate investment and development company delivering residential and commercial projects across Islamabad through customer-centred, affordable solutions. The group is also expanding into sports franchising, e-commerce and technology-driven ventures.

Four projects have been completed and handed over. Three more are under development, including Wah Model Town Phase 3, where we act as an authorised reseller of the developer's inventory rather than as an intermediary. That distinction matters: the file you sign is the one the developer recognises.

Development

Residential villas and commercial arcades designed, built and handed over — four completed and three currently under construction across Islamabad and Wah Cantt.

Authorised resale

As the appointed sales partner for Wah Model Town Phase 3 we sell the developer's own inventory, with allocation immediately after payment and no balloting.

Hospitality

AKT Hospitality operates three short-stay properties — a guest house in B-17, a furnished apartment in E-11 and a farmhouse in the Murree hills. See the properties.

Mr. Arshad Khan Tanoli

Chief Executive Officer

A young and dynamic businessman with more than fifteen years of experience in the real estate sector, and a science graduate of Hazara University. He serves as CEO of Islamabad Associates, a respected commercial builder in the twin cities.

A passionate cricket supporter, he is also Owner and Chairman of the Muzaffarabad Tigers in the Kashmir Premier League. Driven by his love for cricket and Kashmir, he aims to promote the sport in the region and showcase Kashmir's culture on the global stage.

Mr. Nisar Khan

Executive Director

Provides strategic oversight across operations, procurement and project delivery. He coordinates cross-functional teams, strengthens governance and supplier relationships, and ensures resources are deployed efficiently to support quality, timelines and commercial objectives.
